BioSignature is a method based on the correlation between body fat distribution and possible hormone imbalances. When a hormone imbalance is present it’s often the reason you can’t get rid of that stubborn body fat, but more importantly it is a cause of other health concerns such as poor sleep, low energy, impaired cognitive function and more.
My name is Andie Romu and I am a certified personal trainer. I’ve been coaching in Thunder Bay for the last four years, gaining knowledge in an array of different training styles. Im currently a student at Lakehead University, where I am finishing my honours bachelor degree in kinesiology. I was very fortunate to become involved in fitness at a very young age. Once I retired my career of Provincial gymnastics, I immediately fell in love with strength and conditioning. Discovering not only the physical, but mental benefits from implementing a fitness program into my everyday life, made me the passionate trainer I am today. Fitness drastically changed my life for the better, and my goal as a trainer is to do the same with my clients. I have such a genuine love for coaching and connecting with people in a social environment, which shines through in my coaching style. I always set out to make every workout goal driven, unique, and most importantly fun.
Hi, my name is Tyler McDougall and I have been a personal trainer for over four years and have a Masters of Kinesiology from Lakehead University. For my Master’s thesis project, I developed a fitness program to help improve the physical fitness of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Working as a personal trainer, I have had experience working with a variety of clients to help them achieve a wide range of goals. My personal fitness background started with my competitive running and basketball careers at a young age, which both instilled a lifelong passion for health, fitness and achieving new goals. Through my extensive schooling background and applied experience personal training, I have also developed a knowledge base and passion for helping others achieve their individual goals.
