Hey! I’m Sarah and I’m a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I’ve been extremely lucky to have trained in several gyms around the world and to have been coached by many of the top trainers. These opportunities have allowed me to experience several different training styles which I love being able to share. I believe being fit does not just mean being able to throw weight around a gym, but it’s also about being fit in your everyday lives. I want to help you feel healthy and prepared for whatever might come your way!
I make it my passion to create individualized and achievable goals for each client, while maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere. Smiling while working hard and having fun is essential to my programming. On my days off you’ll find me hanging out with my dogs, surfing some Superior waves wherever I can find them.
Functional Fitness is my style. I promise to keep you motivated and push you through fun, challenging workouts for any level of fitness. I love mixing things up to keep training new and exciting. You’ll never know what I might have in store for you!
