This program lays everything out for you! It’s all the guidance you need to reach your desired outcome.
We will lay out the foundation so all you have to do is show up and put in the work.
You will also have help from the Trainerize app which will allow you to follow workouts and input your weight information as you go through the program.
It’s a one year long program where we change every training variable to see the best end results after one full year.
✔️ It starts with a meeting to go over goal setting and what needs to be accomplished with training.
✔️ Then we’ll get you on the in body machine to get our starting point.
✔️ From there, we take those in body results and discuss your current lifestyle and habits to create the proper nutrition plan.
✔️ The nutrition plan will be emailed to you which will include a fully calculated macronutrients breakdown all while taking into account your daily routines and sleeping patterns.
✔️ Every week you’ll have an accountability session with your coach and every 4 weeks you’ll do an in body test to review results.

A: That is 100% fine. A large amount of our members just really enjoy the workouts and the convenience of the workouts. Not everyone’s goal is to improve their body composition.
