A: The workout is emailed at 12:15 EST, so when you wake up in the morning you will have it in your inbox. The emails can be opened at any time, so for members who want to re-watch a video, they can always find it stored in their inbox.

A: You only need 1 set of Dumbbells. We recommend having 3 sets, a light set, medium set and large set, but only 1 set is needed.
A- No you do not. Especially if you are just getting started then 3-4 workouts will be sufficient and then you can increase them as you get more fit.
A: That is 100% fine. A large amount of our members just really enjoy the workouts and the convenience of the workouts. Not everyone’s goal is to improve their body composition.
A: We recommend following the 8 week program to see results. It takes about 8 weeks to see significant changes.
