We focus on whats important and thats Body Composition *NOT WEIGHT LOSS*.
Example: If you lose 5 lbs of body fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle and maintain the same water weight than your weight will be the exact same number. This is why we focus less on your weight and more on your complete Body Composition reading.
To lose weight, you simply decrease the amount of calories you consume to what you burn in a day. The only issue with this is that if you don’t follow a proper meal/nutrition plan and increase your skeletal muscle mass than you will drastically decrease your BMR (how many calories you naturally burn in a day without activity). This means you will put on weight faster than you used too, if you’re not careful!
Now with our program we will limit the calories you eat but only slightly. We will tell you what to eat and when to eat it, to help encourage body fat loss, but also to help ensure you still have lots of energy and can improve lean muscle. We have the stats to prove it!
