For hockey players, football players, curlers, soccer players, and baseball players, this program boosts strength, speed, endurance, and agility, helping athletes excel in their sport while improving technique, performance, and overall fitness.

Summer athlete training program registration details

We will be accepting 36 athletes between the ages of 13-16 (2 groups)

36 athletes between the ages of 17-21 (2 groups)

Once spots are gone, we will not be accepting any further Athletes.

*All athletes will be given a Red Zone X Athlete Shirt and Shaker Bottle

IN-SEASON TEAM TRAINING
Designed for full teams training during their competitive season. Sessions focus on maintaining speed, strength, mobility, and conditioning while athletes balance practices and games. Our goal is to help teams stay healthy, explosive, and performing at their best all season long.
ATHLETE PERFORMANCE TRAINING
For individual athletes who want to train in the same high-performance environment as our team programs. Athletes from any sport can join structured group sessions focused on improving speed, strength, conditioning, and overall athletic ability. This program is perfect for athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident while training alongside other motivated athletes.
OFF-SEASON STRENGTH PROGRAM
Small-group strength training designed for athletes during their off-season. This program focuses on building strength, power, speed, and durability so athletes return to their sport stronger and more explosive than ever.

The program is for athletes aged 13–16 and 17–21, divided into two groups.

Each group accepts 36 athletes. Once spots are filled, no additional athletes are accepted.

Each session lasts 45 minutes, designed for high-performance results.

The summer program costs $299 for three months (24 sessions, $12.50 per session).
